Before starting your experience, you will need to do some preparation so it will be then easy for you to put the details. Below points is the most what you need to create an experience: 

• Experience title 
• A description of what you’ll do with your guests
• The location(s) of your experience. This will include the governance, the city, and the exact location. 
• Details about what you’ll provide your guests and what guests should bring. 
• 5 high-quality photos of people engaging in your experience, as a minimum. More photos can be used and the more photos you used will be better. 
• The minimum age of your guests
• The expected level of guest activity and skill required to participate. 
• For some experience, you will also need to define the difficulties level of your experience. 
• The maximum group sizes
• The start time and length of experiences.
• The price per guest or minimum price for the group. 

After finalizing what you’ll need and before submitting your experience list, the below elements are important to be considered:

• Ensure your photo and content is in line with our standards and requirements.
• You will need to tell guest about yourself and your qualification to run this experience.
• Ensure providing best image of yourself. Use your account setting to do this.  
• What guest can be expected from your experience. Use What I’ll do section to do this.

Once you submit your experience, it will go through verification process to ensure your experience is meeting hekaya quality standards and requirements. This process is usually taking about 7 working days. 
After reviewing your list, you will notify with the outcome, and it could be one of the below: 

• Approved.  You can now add hosting availability to your calendar and start accepting bookings.
• Declined. Consider reviewing hekaya’ s standards and requirements and you may submit a new idea.
• Edit and resubmit. You can resubmit your experience after you’ve made a few changes. We’ll provide suggestions in the feedback email. It’s also helpful to review the standards
• Validation. Experiences involving certain technically specialized activities are subject to high-level review and require additional documentation before being published on hekaya. You’ll be getting a communication. This will be mainly required for the sport and outdoor adventure activities. Learn more about validation process.
